Challenge
Rated People is a digital platform connecting homeowners to tradespeople in the UK.
In 2019, they came to us with a challenge to reduce their reliance on paid media to generate business on their digital platform, whilst increasing efficiency across teams and driving new engagements organically.
How we did it
Starting with a deep analysis of the current state of marketing in the business, we co-created a digital strategy with the client and support its execution by:
Developing an organic content marketing strategy
Re-designing their Instagram feed with Canva templates
Increasing UGC from tradespeople and homeowners
Adding Pinterest to the mix, as a key step in the customer journey
This process involved a series of strategic sessions facilitated by us, where we brought together commercial and product teams.
We continued to support them with social advertising, influencer activations, video content production and management of social media channels.
