Challenge
Planet Organic is UK's first fully certified organic supermarket, with stores in different London locations. They came to us as the pandemic hit, having seen an increase in their online sales. Their challenge was to become more effective on ecommerce and digital marketing, as well as launch their brand and online delivery nationwide.
The brand had a great presence on Instagram (123k followers) but low levels of engagement. They were keen to monetise the channel and convert followers into customers.
How we did it
We audited all their digital channels and marketing activity, interviewed stakeholders and customers to set the foundations of their new online strategy.
We supercharged their marketing team, establishing content planning processes, increasing the flow and diversity of their content, organising IG lives with wellness experts, engaged influencers from different verticals and upgrading their community management efforts.
We launched and positioned the brand nationwide with a successful campaign and a careful SEO transitioning to a new ecommerce platform.
