Rebranding and launching a luxury real estate agency in Barcelona to reach international HNW.

Results

We initiated a local neighbourhood hero campaign inviting 110 businesses to collaborate with us on social media, this allowed for each of business to access each other's audiences and for Uniko to organically raise awareness for their new brand in Barcelona. In a few months Uniko saw growth by opening an office in Ibiza, collaborating with a luxury Yacht Club and new clients coming from San Francisco. 

Challenge

Uniko Real Estate, previously Ilivebarcelona, is a renowned luxury real estate agency based in Turo Park, Barcelona. They have been operating for over 15 years and came to us as they needed to elevate their brand identity, to reflect the experience of their local and international UHNW clients. 

How we did it

During the 8 month project we worked closely with the founder Irina, to develop the brand identity and ensure it was something she would be proud of. We launched their brand with a new website, a direct mail campaign to local residents living in Sarria near the office and also social media advertising to generate awareness.
